What can it do?

QimiQ Whip is the world's only whipped cream product that is guaranteed to succeed. QimiQ Whip is also available in vanilla, chocolate and coffee flavours.

What is it good for?

QimiQ Whip is suitable for sweet and savoury dishes with volume. Desserts and cakes are just as successful with the Whip pastry cream as terrines, mousses, creams, fillings, eclairs and tartelettes. The three Whip cream desserts (vanilla, chocolate and coffee) are ideal for creams and mousses.

What's in it?

QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream

consists of 94.5 % Austrian cream (18 % fat)' gelatine (beef) and emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. 

 

QimiQ Whip Cream Dessert Vanilla

consists of 87 % Austrian cream (18 % fat), sugar, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, gelatine (beef), modified starch, flavouring and the colouring agent beta-carotene. 

 

QimiQ Whip Cream Dessert Chocolate

consists of 76 % Austrian cream (18 % fat), sugar, chocolate powder (6.7 %, cocoa powder, sugar), emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and gelatine (beef).

 

QimiQ Whip Cream Dessert Coffee

consists of 84 % Austrian cream (18 % fat), sugar, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, coffee extract (0.7 %), Gelatine (beef), caramelised sugar and flavouring.
