What's in it?
Cream (36 % fat), milk (1.5% fat), 18% mascarpone, sugar, whole egg, vanilla extract, colour: beta-carotene, beef gelatine, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

How to
Simply chill the QimiQ Tiramisu (approx. 5-6 °C) in the

- Espuma iSi bottle: 100 g - 120 g milk
