The QimiQ Tiramisu is perfect for the quick preparation of classic tiramisu, tiramisu in a glass or for dessert creations.

What's in it?

Cream (36 % fat), milk (1.5% fat), 18% mascarpone, sugar, whole egg, vanilla extract, colour: beta-carotene, beef gelatine, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Simply chill the QimiQ Tiramisu (approx. 5-6 °C) in the

  • Pasteurised egg: 100 g - 150 g
  • Cream or milk: 100 g - 150 g
  • Alcohol (rum, Grand Marnier, e.t.c.): 100 g - 120 g
  • Chocolate: 100 g - 150 g
  • Fruit puree: 150 g - 200 g
  • Espuma iSi bottle: 100 g - 120 g milk
