QimiQ Tiramisu

The whippable QimiQ Tiramisu is the quick solution for a dessert. With real Italian mascarpone and Austrian cream, it is a quality product, almost indistinguishable from the original. QimiQ Tiramisu can be flavoured with other seasonal ingredients for variety.

QimiQ Tiramisu is perfect for the quick preparation of classic tiramisu, tiramisu in a glass or for dessert creations.
What's in it?
Cream (36 % fat), milk (1.5% fat), 18% mascarpone, sugar, whole egg, vanilla extract, colour: beta-carotene, beef gelatine, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

How to use
Simply whisk the chilled QimiQ Tiramisu (approx. 5 - 6 °C
in a mixer on the highest setting until the desired volume
has been achieved (approx. 2-5 minutes)
Mix the lukewarm espresso with sugar and amaretto
and pour half over the ladyfingers. Cover the ladyfingers
with part of the cream. Continue to layer until the cream
and the ladyfingers have been used. The top layer should
always be cream.
Chill in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes at 5 to 6 °C.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
Modifications
The QimiQ Tiramisu can be seasonally and tastefully refined with other ingredients. Simply whisk the ingredients together with the QimiQ Tiramisu for approx. 2 to 3 minutes. The quantities of ingredients added always refer to 1 kg of QimiQ Tiramisu:
- Mascarpone: 150 g - 200 g
- Pasteurised egg: 100 g - 150 g
- Cream or milk: 100 g - 150 g
- Alcohol (rum, Grand Marnier, e.t.c.): 100 g - 120 g
- Chocolate: 100 g - 150 g
- Fruit puree: 150 g - 200 g
- Espuma iSi bottle: 100 g - 120 g milk
