Recipe: 80 % cream cheese pure, 20 % liquid (milk or water)

Spread the QiQ cream cheese on the dough band and sprinkle with flavourings if desired. End products for example: puff pastry, puff pastry or yeast soft dough buns.

Dosing or pumping

Recipe: 60 % Cream Cheese Recipe, 40 % Flavourings

Spread or dispense the ready-made QiQ cream cheese recipe onto the dough band and continue processing. Recipe ideas: Scrambled egg and bacon, spinach and feta cheese, ham and horseradish, tomato and olives, herb and garlic.

To put on

Place the finished QiQ Bakery Stix on the dough and continue working. Flavours: Scrambled egg-bacon, spinach-feta cheese, ham-horseradish, tomato-olive, herb-garlic. Individual flavours are made according to customer requirements.
