consists of 99 % Austrian cream (15.2 % fat) and 1 % gelatine (beef).
QimiQ Classic Vanilla
consists of 93 % Austrian cream (16.2 % fat), 4 % sugar, gelatine (beef), starch, vanilla extract, flavouring, colouring: beta-carotene.

QimiQ Classic is best processed at room temperature (20 °C - 25 °C). It is a functional ingredient and can be used as a flavour carrier. QimiQ Classic is not impactable.
