Your qualifications
- Completed training in a food business/gastronomy, ideally as a chef or patisserie chef
- Several years of professional experience in the bulk consumer sector and trade an advantage
- Best networking in the industry
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, high social competence, resilience and initiative
- Presentation security
- Generating new ideas and recognising new sales potential
- Full budget and sales responsibility

Your area of responsibility
As an area sales manager in the wholesale, hotel, catering and food service sector, responsibilities cover providing professional advice and support to existing customers and aquiring new ones. As part of a growing global family business, you are responsible for the success of your region.
