Main tasks e-commerce
Main tasks e-commerce
- Website management: Responsibility for the design, development and maintenance of the company's e-commerce website, including the optimisation of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
- Product management: Management of the product catalogue, including product descriptions, prices, stock levels and product images. This also includes the introduction of new products and the removal of obsolete or no longer available items.

Customer Care: Ensure a high standard of quality customer service, including responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience from purchase to delivery and beyond.

Data analysis and reporting: Monitoring and analysis of performance data such as sales, orders, conversion rates, shopping basket cancellations and customer behaviour. Creation of reports and derivation of findings to optimise the e-commerce strategy.
Main tasks Online Marketing
- Strategy development: Development of a social media strategy that supports the company's business objectives and appeals to the target groups.
- Content creation: Creating engaging and relevant content for the various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, infographics, etc.
- Community management: Building and maintaining an engaged community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions.
- Platform management: managing the company's various social media channels, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring performance and analysing data.
- Campaign management: Design, implementation and evaluation of social media campaigns to increase reach, boost engagement or achieve specific marketing goals.
- Analysis and reporting: Monitoring the performance of social media activities using analysis tools, creating reports and deriving insights to optimise the strategy.
- Influencer marketing: Identification and collaboration with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and improve target group appeal.
- Crisis management: Responding to negative comments or incidents on social media to protect the company's reputation and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor trends and innovations: Continuously monitor trends and developments in the social media landscape to identify new opportunities for the company and develop innovative strategies.
