What can it do?

This unique cream base for whipping makes preparing desserts simple and easy. No curdling, no over whipping and simply a perfect consistency.

What is it good for?

Desserts and cakes are just as successful with the Whip Pastry Cream as savoury terrines, mousses and creams. The three Whip Cream Desserts (Vanilla, Chocolate and Coffee) are suitable for desserts or for cake or pie creams.

What's in it?

QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream

consists of 94.5 % Austrian cream (18 % fat)' gelatine (bovine) and emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. 

 

QimiQ Whip Cream Dessert Vanilla

consists of 87 % Austrian cream (18 % fat), sugar, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, gelatine (bovine), modified starch, flavouring and the colouring agent beta-carotene. 

 

QimiQ Whip Cream Dessert Chocolate

consists of 76 % Austrian cream (18 % fat), sugar, chocolate powder (6.7 %, cocoa powder, sugar), emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and gelatine (bovine).

 

QimiQ Whip Cream Dessert Coffee

consists of 84 % Austrian cream (18 % fat), sugar, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, coffee extract (0.7 %), Gelatine (beef), caramelised sugar and flavouring.
